Minors: from age 16 a woman can decide without her legal representatives' consent; under 16, the legal representative's consent is required, while also hearing the minor.
Who is entitled: everyone present in Spain, regardless of nationality, legal residence and age. Health authorities must guarantee the service with criteria of free of charge, accessibility and proximity.
